Summary:

This role is a Testing Analyst position within Credit Risk. It requires strong analytical skills to quickly analyze a large collection of data and determine results. A solid understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) as well as stakeholder management is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Control Tests across Risk, Conduct, Financial Crime, and Compliance.
• Consolidate data and information required to perform the tests.
• Ensure checks are performed and recorded on time and with accuracy.
• Follow up on due or overdue checks with relevant stakeholders or Process Owners (POs).
• Liaise with Country CAAs for necessary clarifications.
• Coordinate with Hub Admin for KCI & CST Samples and reports - Previous & Current.
• Engage with Country CAA on delayed closure of Exceptions.
• Follow up on exceptions and remediation plans.
• Ensure Gap analysis between process and DOI is undertaken.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience within the relevant business area, preferably including experience within business operations.
• Appropriate academic training and/or experience in Control Testing or Audit.

Required Skills:

• Sound judgment and courage necessary to perform a control role effectively over time.
• Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, especially when discussing difficult issues and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and dispute resolution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – both written and oral.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to command the respect of a cross-functional set of professionals at a senior level, both internally and externally.
