Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver scalable and high-quality analytics solutions across multiple business functions and industries
• Develop, implement, and optimize complex data models, predictive algorithms, and statistical techniques to generate actionable business insights
• Design and execute predictive analytics solutions using regression analysis, time series forecasting, and machine learning methodologies
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and product teams to design and implement data engineering and analytics projects
• Utilize SQL and related technologies to manage, analyze, and optimize large datasets and database systems
• Provide thought leadership on analytics best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends in data science and business intelligence
• Translate complex analytical findings into meaningful business recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams
• Ensure data quality, governance, and accuracy across analytics and reporting processes
