Analyst - Pricing

Role Responsibilities:

• Value private equity and credit investments through industry research and fundamental analysis of portfolio companies
• Build, update, and maintain valuation models, adhering to accounting/audit guidelines
• Prepare detailed documentation of valuation methodologies
• Facilitate valuation reviews by third parties and auditors, and present to valuation committees
• Develop and review controls to oversee the pricing of equity, fixed income, and derivatives products

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in finance or equivalent
• 0–1 years of business valuations experience in Private Equity, debt, or investment banking
• Understanding of equity, fixed income, and derivatives products
• Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
