Analyst - Order Management

Role Responsibilities:

1. Book customer orders after cross-checking all details.
2. Strictly follow SOPs and adhere to process updates.
3. Respond to customer queries via email and calls in a timely manner.
4. Provide excellent customer service and work well both independently and as part of a team.

1. 2-4 years of experience in a professional organization.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
3. Exceptional English communication skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong analytical skills, multitasking ability, and self-starter mindset.
