Analyst III - IT Solutions - Manhattan (Inbound & Inventory)

Responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Manhattan Associates Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) with a focus on Inbound and Inventory processes. Ensures effective deployment, testing, and adoption of MAWM solutions, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to optimize warehouse operations. Provides documentation, training, and process improvement initiatives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM implementations.
• Manage development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of MAWM systems.
• Build and optimize a Global Center of Excellence for solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support across multiple countries.
• Provide training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the MAWM solution.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MAWM configuration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth integration and operation of MAWM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within MAWM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project delivery methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in Manhattan Active WMS.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Work Experience

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain with specialization in WMS applications.
• 5+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and IT operations management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain, and warehouse management systems.
