Job Description
- Provide analytical solutions to clients.
- Develop strategies focused on customer retention and market analysis using statistical methods such as predictive modeling, regression, and statistical analysis.
- Identify performance trends, customer behaviors, and commercial opportunities/risks through quantitative analysis.
- Conduct analysis to understand customer behavior, product performance, and financial trends to maximize product outcomes and support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to designing, testing, and building complex data models across decision engines to identify causal links between customer behavior and business performance.
- Demonstrate innovative data-driven problem-solving approaches and contribute to solution development.
- Build business models including both financial and consumer behavioral aspects.
- Use customer analytics to identify and drive commercial opportunities.
- Program in SQL and preferably additional languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
