Analyst / Data Analytics - Sr. Executive/AM/DM/ Manager

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in pharmaceutical. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard and will be responsible for analysing and interpreting large datasets to support business decisions, marketing strategy, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze pharmaceutical market data using IQVIA, IMS, AWACS, AIOCD, and other relevant databases.
• Perform market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, sales performance evaluation, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Strategy to derive actionable insights.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Support product launch planning, market entry strategies, and portfolio management with data-driven insights.
• Maintain data integrity, validate datasets, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Develop and automate regular reports and KPIs for business review.
• Stay updated with changes in market research tools and data sources.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to handle large datasets and derive insights.
• Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics, product lifecycle, and sales analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy or Any graduate.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical consulting or market research firms.
