AM/DM - Quality Control - Investigations

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager for Quality Control Investigations to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes and a proven track record of investigating and resolving quality-related issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough investigations into quality control issues and non-conformities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Prepare detailed investigation reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality processes.
• Train and mentor junior team members in quality control practices.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
