AM/Cluster Manager - Tele Recovery (Chandigarh)

Key Deliverables:

1. Achieve collection targets across multiple due stages for assigned portfolios
2. Manage in-house team leaders and external vendors for recovery efforts
3. Monitor and report field team performance using relevant metrics and CRR indicators
4. Ensure compliance with audit, quality, and customer escalation processes

Role Responsibilities:

1. Drive location-level performance through planning, training, and allocation strategies
2. Resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions for underperformance
3. Coordinate with departments to improve recovery efficiency and service delivery
4. Motivate and mentor large teams to meet high productivity and quality benchmarks
