Amazon connect Engineer

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a skilled Amazon Connect Developer who possesses extensive experience in crafting and deploying IVR and contact center solutions utilizing AWS technologies.
• The selected candidate will take charge of creating scalable, customer-focused voice and chat workflows by leveraging Amazon Connect AWS services and integration frameworks.

Primary Duties:

• Execute API-based integrations through API Gateway to ensure connectivity with external systems.
• Facilitate dynamic routing and personalization by utilizing customer data and backend systems.

Technical Qualifications:

• Configuration of queues and routing
• Proficient technical abilities
• Experience with AWS Services, including:
• o Amazon Connect
• o AWS Lambda
• o DynamoDB
• o S3
• o API Gateway
• o IAM
• Familiarity with Conversational AI using Amazon Lex
• Integration of REST APIs and CTI integrations with CRM platforms
• Basic scripting and programming skills, with a preference for Python
• Desirable Skills:
• Experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
• Understanding of Amazon Connect CCP customization and enhancements for Agent Workspace
• Exposure to CloudFront and Cognito is a plus
