Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Own and optimize end-to-end customer journey for merchant lending on the PhonePe for Business app
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent support issues and reduce ticket volume
- Drive product and process improvements using data insights and VOC
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Business to execute scalable growth and support strategies
Role Responsibilities
- Identify user pain points and build intuitive digital and support journeys
- Analyze drop-offs and support data to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Manage stakeholder communications and align on prioritization of fixes and features
- Use first-principles thinking to lead new initiatives for improving customer experience
