Allegro ERTM Application Lead / Technical Lead
Job Description
• Lead end-to-end design, development, and configuration of applications in Allegro ERTM environments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application delivery, ensuring smooth coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Manage requirement gathering, technical analysis, solution design, and configuration of Allegro/Horizon systems.
• Oversee end-to-end module delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, coordinate user testing, and support user training activities.
• Work in Agile and Waterfall environments to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Manage communication between multiple teams including development, QA, and support functions.
• Contribute to troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
