  • Performing user acceptance testing and validating outcomes.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring project performance.
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining business procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and end-users.
  • Monitoring deliverables to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
