We are seeking an experienced Airline Domain Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the airline industry, with extensive experience in business analysis, to help drive our strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for airline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to improve airline services and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the airline domain.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
