AIML Solution Architect

Role responsibilities:

State the primary job duties and responsibilities. This will give the applicant an idea of what they will be measured against during performance evaluations, among other insights of the role.

1. Partner with account and sales teams to understand client requirements and design customized AIML & GenAI solutions aligned to business objectives

2. Coordinate with existing and prospective clients to deliver AIML based technical solutions and conduct platform/product demonstrations

3. Own and lead the technical response for AIML and GenAI RFPs/RFIs, and present the technical solution during customer orals (In-Person/Virtual)

4. Architect and design advanced analytical applications including Forecasting, Prediction, Segmentation, Optimization, Computer Vision, Speech, and Text Analytics using appropriate AIML tools & technologies across major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

5. Develop GenAI based solutions to enhance existing AIML applications and create new capabilities to solve customer problems (First Party, Third Party and Open Source LLMs)

6. Serve as the primary technical PoC for customers to implement 'Responsible AI' practices throughout the organization

7. Monitor and stay current with latest industry trends/emerging technologies in AI, and provide thought leadership to senior management and CxO teams

8. Offer technical advisory & guidance to customer, pre-sales, and delivery teams on AIML/GenAI platforms and solutions

Minimum required qualifications

State the minimum required qualifications to successfully perform the job.

These are must have qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position. For example: experience, education, specialized knowledge, skills, technical requirements, etc.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex AIML concepts to both technical and executive audiences (using PPTs, Demos and Whiteboard)

2. Proven deep expertise in designing AIML and GenAI solutions on at least 1 major cloud platform (Azure, AWS and GCP)

3. Demonstrated strength in managing large and complex RFPs/RFIs and working with multiple service lines & platform vendors in a fast-paced environment

4. Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to provide technical advisory and guidance

5. Minimum 10 years' experience as a Solution Architect designing and developing AIML applications

6. Minimum 2-year hands-on experience building Agentic, GenAI applications using Large Language models

7. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect in a pre-sales team, driving the sales process from a technical solution standpoint

8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field

We are looking for people with a strong background in building Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications to join our Pre-Sales team as 'AIML/GenAI Solutions Lead' and help customers develop advanced analytical capabilities to transform their business operations.

This team will support Banking, Financial and Insurance customers by providing technical advisory on AI platforms/Governance/Technical solutions and responding to customer RFPs/RFIs to deliver AIML/GenAI solutions/services across major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
