Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are on the lookout for a passionate AI ML Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience specializing in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and development using Databricks.
- The right candidate will possess hands-on experience in constructing, deploying, and monitoring ML models utilizing the Databricks Lakehouse Platform, along with proficiency in Python, PySpark, and contemporary AI frameworks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, train, validate, and deploy Machine Learning models.
- Create solutions for predictive analytics, classification, recommendation, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Conduct feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Analyze both structured and unstructured datasets to address business challenges.
- Develop data processing and machine learning workflows leveraging Databricks.
- Employ Delta Lake, Databricks Notebooks, and Databricks Workflows effectively.
- Construct scalable ETL and ELT pipelines utilizing PySpark.
- Collaborate with data engineers to curate datasets that are ready for AI applications.
Technical Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning development.
- Proficient programming skills in Python.
- Practical experience with Databricks and PySpark.
- Experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
- Solid understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM use cases is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with RAG, LangChain, or AI Agents.
- Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps methodologies.
- Exposure to Delta Live Tables and Unity Catalog.
- Experience working with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
- Certification as a Databricks Certified Associate Data Engineer is advantageous.
