AI Orchestration Developer - Machine Learning Group

• Software development of the AI orchestration framework, engine, and tools to enable agentic workflows and execute cutting-edge Neural Networks on Snapdragon chips
• Validate software performance and accuracy through detailed use-case analysis and testing

Minimum Qualifications:

• Software development experience using C/C++ and/or Python
• Strong software development skills, including data structures, algorithm design, object-oriented programming, debugging, and testing
• Experience in developing applications using Inter-Process Communication (IPC), such as AIDL or SOME/IP
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing embedded applications with low-level interactions between OS (Linux, Android, Windows, QNX) and hardware
• Familiarity with Qualcomm AI Stack products (e.g., QNN, SNPE, QAIRT)
• Knowledge of LLM, LVM, LMM models, and other neural network architectures
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Software development experience with Java
• Ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams

Education Requirements:

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
