AI interaction designer

Job Description:

• The designer will design AI-driven interfaces, conversational flows, and prompt-based interaction models by using Generative AI design tools and creative AI workflows to produce scalable design outputs
• This role will support the success of our digital products and services while helping establish and apply ethical AI design guidelines in partnership with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with requirements gathering and feasibility assessments for AI-enabled experiences
• Perform user research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing
• Convert user and business requirements into intuitive UX solutions
• Create user journeys, wireframes, interaction flows, and information architecture
• Design conversational and AI-driven interaction experiences
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Implement responsible AI principles to deliver clear and trustworthy user experiences
• Work closely with design engineering product and data science teams
• Contribute to reusable components, design systems, and AI UX patterns
• Test and validate designs through user testing, incorporating feedback as needed
• Adhere to Experience Design accessibility and governance standards
• Maintain design artifacts and project documentation
• Apply emerging Generative AI and Generative UX trends to develop design solutions
