AI Engineering Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

• Managing and owning all aspects of delivery
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation using AI technologies.
• Front ending discussions with Customer SME, contributing to RFP's and proposals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing support whenever needed
• Oversee the design and development of AI-driven solutions that optimize and automate business processes.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Create Testing Strategy for AI driven projects.

Skills required:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a track record of successfully managing AI Automation projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in handling Agile projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Test Strategy for AI Based Projects.
• Proven Experience in solutioning and have understanding of End-to-End landscape around AI & Services.
• Clear articulation of AI concepts and project progress.
• Awareness of ethical implications and responsible AI practices.
