Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational chatbots for healthcare and enterprise use cases.
• Build and maintain scalable chatbot architectures and end-to-end conversational AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and healthcare stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Develop NLP models and integrate machine learning algorithms to improve chatbot accuracy and contextual understanding.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and deployment pipelines for chatbot systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in chatbot performance, integration, and scalability.
• Research and adopt the latest advancements in AI, ML, and conversational AI technologies.
• Integrate chatbot systems with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Optimize chatbot performance, response quality, and system efficiency through continuous improvement.
