Key Deliverables:

• Define and lead AI/ML transformation roadmap across HTS aligned with Honeywell's strategic goals.
• Drive performance and ROI on all AI initiatives across SBGs through rigorous technical oversight.
• Build partnerships and internal capabilities for Generative AI and LLM adoption.
• Scale AI-driven cost optimization and productivity initiatives across HTS globally.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional AI integration across product engineering and business units.
• Champion internal adoption of cutting-edge AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Collaborate with global AI leaders to accelerate cycle time reduction and innovation.
• Build and mentor a virtual AI community to drive culture, training, and collaboration.
