Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support AI-based enterprise applications using modern AI tools and frameworks such as AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Apply classical AI techniques including clustering, classification, regression, Monte Carlo simulations, and Bayesian blending to solve complex business problems.
Participate in system planning, scheduling, and implementation for large-scale AI-driven applications.
Build and enhance product features to automate complex business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions aligned with business needs.
Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance within a cloud-native environment.
Contribute to the establishment of AI development best practices, including testing, deployment, and monitoring standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or related fields (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered).
Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Oracle Cloud AI Services.
Knowledge of machine learning methods and statistical modeling techniques.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working in global, multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
Experience working with Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), or advanced AI tooling.
Experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions on cloud platforms (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools for continuous delivery and automation.
