Job Description
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer, specifically an expert in GenAI and Agentic AI Development, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level AI solutions.
- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-native technologies.
- This position requires the creation of intelligent AI agents, copilots, and automation solutions that are seamlessly integrated with enterprise platforms, business applications, and SAP ecosystems, while adhering to Responsible AI principles and governance standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-driven applications, AI agents, and copilots across SAP and other enterprise platforms.
- Design and execute RAG architectures, vector search functionalities, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Create scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using contemporary software development methodologies.
- Integrate AI solutions with SAP systems, ERP data sources, and various enterprise business applications.
- Ensure the security, scalability, observability, performance, and production readiness of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to implement end-to-end AI use cases.
- Implement responsible AI practices, governance controls, and compliance standards.
Technical Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Python.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Java.
- Proficient in working with LLMs including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Function Calling.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Experience with Vector Databases including Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Qdrant, or SAP HANA Cloud.
- Exposure to cloud DevOps tools like Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, and preferably SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Hands-on experience in AI Agent Development using MCP Servers, A2A Protocols, and SAP Integration Suite or comparable platforms.
- Good understanding of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and AI Security Compliance.
Additional Qualifications:
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, SAP Business AI, Joule Studio, SAP Build Code, CAP (Cloud Application Programming) Model, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP HANA Cloud.
- While these skills are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
- The ideal candidates will likely have backgrounds as AI Engineers, GenAI Engineers, Agentic AI Developers, Full Stack AI Engineers, or SAP BTP AI Developers, with a strong enthusiasm for creating enterprise-grade AI solutions and intelligent automation capabilities.
