Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities in the events and activation domain
- Conceptualize, strategize, execute, and coordinate all aspects of events, activations, and experiential marketing projects
- Be accountable for revenue and business targets, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction
- Understand client brand propositions and campaign objectives to offer tailor-made, strategic solutions
- Incorporate innovation and creative thinking into all client recommendations and campaign planning
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage end-to-end project execution
- Leverage industry knowledge to offer valuable insights and strategic recommendations that align with client goals
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments (creative, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Stay updated on the latest trends in media, technology, and experiential marketing, and integrate them into campaign ideation and execution
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in client servicing and business development in the events and activation industry
- Strong understanding of experiential marketing and brand engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently
