Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities in the events and activation domain
  • Conceptualize, strategize, execute, and coordinate all aspects of events, activations, and experiential marketing projects
  • Be accountable for revenue and business targets, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction
  • Understand client brand propositions and campaign objectives to offer tailor-made, strategic solutions
  • Incorporate innovation and creative thinking into all client recommendations and campaign planning
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage end-to-end project execution
  • Leverage industry knowledge to offer valuable insights and strategic recommendations that align with client goals
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments (creative, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in media, technology, and experiential marketing, and integrate them into campaign ideation and execution

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in client servicing and business development in the events and activation industry
  • Strong understanding of experiential marketing and brand engagement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients efficiently
