Job Description
- Support and lead the organization's SAFe Agile transformation by promoting SAFe principles, practices, and mindset.
- Assess Agile maturity, define a roadmap for improvement, and provide guidance to teams and leaders during the transition.
- Coach and mentor Agile roles such as Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Owners, and team members to elevate Agile performance.
- Facilitate and advise on SAFe events like PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Analyze business needs, identify process improvements, and implement best practices and tools to enhance performance.
- Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops for teams, leaders, and executives across the organization.
- Monitor effectiveness of Agile adoption using KPIs and metrics; promote data-driven decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to identify Value Streams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and support their successful implementation.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by building and nurturing Agile communities of practice.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Smartsheet, and Confluence to manage Agile workflows and documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree with 4–6 years of experience in SAFe, software, systems, and Agile business processes
- OR
- Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience
- OR
- Diploma with 10–12 years of relevant experience
- Proven knowledge of SAFe framework and Agile coaching
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools
- SAFe for Teams certification (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workshop facilitation experience
- Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
- Advanced certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus
