Role & responsibilities

Timely Allocation of A/C to Bucket Collection Manager

Daily reviews with Bucket Collection Manager on their respective buckets

Alternate days visits to collection agencies and ensuring target achievement

Evaluation of Collection Agencies & Bucket Collection Mgrs performance on monthly basis

Timely submission of Agency invoices

Maintaining collection expenses of the hub within specified budgets
