Job Summary
The Agency Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team of health insurance advisors, driving business growth, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard potential insurance advisors.
- Train, activate, and develop advisors on health insurance products and sales processes.
- Drive business through the advisor network and achieve monthly sales targets.
