Main Duties
Design, create, and sustain customer journeys utilizing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in alignment with business goals and audience strategies.
Execute audience segmentation and activation through Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), ensuring precise targeting and lifecycle orchestration.
Set up journey entry events, conditions, decision-making logic, and message delivery actions across supported channels.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver well-organized journey implementations.
Integrate and verify data flows into AEP to ensure journey readiness, maintaining data quality, identity alignment, and timely availability.
Assist in campaign execution by diagnosing journey-related issues, resolving delivery eligibility challenges, and enhancing operational stability.
Develop reusable components, templates, and best practices to scale journey development and minimize launch time.
Track journey performance and collaborate with teams to enhance experiences through insights, testing, and iterative optimization.

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of pertinent experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and implementations within the Adobe ecosystem.
Practical experience in developing and supporting journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Strong grasp of customer journey concepts, segmentation, and campaign execution workflows.
Capable of analyzing issues, debugging configurations, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
