AEM Tech Lead

Description

We are looking for an experienced AEM Tech Lead to direct and accelerate the creation of advanced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and will be responsible for leading a team of developers to support on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
• Design and develop AEM solutions that are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to collect requirements and deliver technical direction.
• Promote and apply best practices for AEM development and implementation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within AEM environments.
• Mentor and support junior developers across AEM technologies and practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in AEM development and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud products and integrations.
• Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and content delivery.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and build tools such as Maven.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
