AEM Sr Developer Lead

• Develop and maintain core and custom components built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.

• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

• Participate across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA teams.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in AEM-based applications.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability across environments.

• Stay updated with latest technologies, tools, and industry best practices in AEM and web development.

• Contribute to product release planning and execution activities.

• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on AEM architecture and implementation.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
