Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Acquisition Technical Transition Incentive Generalist, you will support a distinct incentive program tied to an acquisition or integration agreement. The purpose of this role is to assist eligible employees throughout a transitional period of up to 24 months.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Maintain Incentive Eligibility: Follow the incentive plan terms and fulfill all conditions needed to stay eligible for the entire agreement duration.
• Support Integration Efforts: Work with relevant teams to enable a smooth transition and integration of acquired entities, assets, or systems.
• Monitor Progress: Track and communicate progress toward agreed milestones and performance metrics.
• Address Transitional Issues: Detect and resolve technical issues during the transition period to ensure minimal impact to ongoing operations.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Incentive Plan Management: Knowledge of incentive plan terms and conditions, including compliance obligations and eligibility requirements.
• Experience with Integration Support: Understanding of integration methods and procedures, including collaboration with cross-functional teams to support smooth transitions.
• Understanding of Performance Metrics: Exposure to monitoring and reporting progress against milestones and performance metrics, with an emphasis on accurate and timely updates.
• Technical Issue Resolution: Experience addressing technical issues that occur during transitional periods, with the capability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Familiarity with Transitional Operations: Understanding the need to reduce disruptions to operations during transitional periods, with a focus on maintaining continuity and stability.

• Incentive Plan Administration: Exposure to managing and administering incentive plans, including compliance requirements and eligibility criteria, would be advantageous for this role.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering with different teams to support integration activities and ensure smooth transitions is considered an asset.
• Performance Metric Analysis: Familiarity with tracking and analyzing performance metrics to guide progress and decision-making would be valuable in this position.
