Job Description

Role Description

R&R:

  • Analyze the internal job rotation data to identify function/team clusters and drive alignment with Function heads / Senior leaders (with support from WFE Leads)
  • Define the skills & capabilities matrix framework and gather the required inputs from nominated SMEs from respective functions/teams
  • Finalize the skills & capabilities matrix for the identified clusters and implement the same on WFE system
  • Define the Learning Academy learning framework, including the gamified learning approach and incentivization plan
  • Collate the list of trainings available across teams, streamline and optimize the number of training courses by eliminating any overlaps between functions/teams, and assimilate/onboard the shortlisted trainings to Learning Academy
  • Develop learning journeys and specific milestones for accelerating production readiness of new joiners as well as for cross-skilling across functions/teams
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams at various interlocks during the program execution and Learning Academy roll-out
  • Monitor progress and highlight any risk / issues to Senior leadership for timely intervention and robust mitigation
