Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, representing customer needs to internal teams.
  • Provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries, ensuring alignment with their business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build trust and enhance customer relationships.
  • Log and track all customer interactions, ensuring thorough documentation for regular reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Java, JavaScript, JEE application servers, databases, LDAP, and HTML5, XHTML, CSS, XML.
  • Proven technical support experience with performance tuning, debugging, API-level troubleshooting, and knowledge of client/server operations.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
