Roles & Responsibilities:

Adobe Analytics & Implementation:

• Configure report suites, processing rules, and VISTA rules.
• Implement segmentation, filters, calculated metrics, and attribution modeling.
• Deploy and manage Adobe Launch tags and JavaScript for analytics.
• Implement data layers and custom variables (eVars, Props, Events).
• Analyze mobile and app analytics.
• Perform integration with Adobe Experience Cloud, API feeds, and data export.
• Integrate Workspace & Data Warehouse solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Interpret analytics data, create dashboards, and generate widgets.
• Conduct customer journey analysis and marketing channel performance evaluation.
• Perform cohort and retention analysis.
• Provide actionable insights for business KPI alignment.
• Support Adobe Target & Firebase Analytics initiatives.

Business & Communication:

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present findings.
• Translate technical analytics into business storytelling.
• Align dashboards and reports with business objectives and KPIs.
