Admission Officer - Navsari

Job Purpose

The Admission Officer is responsible for lead generation through various marketing activities, resulting in effective counselling and enrollment of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate admissions by conducting Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities such as seminars in schools, open seminars in town, and residential areas.
• Contribute towards set targets by conducting school visits and meeting principals, coordinators, and management personnel for business development.
• Ensure a delightful customer experience during home visits by counselling students and parents and successfully closing admissions.
• Capitalize on business opportunities by liaising with local tuition teachers.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and compliance protocols.

Skills and Competencies Required

• Ability to handle customers in an empathetic and patient manner.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Excellent networking and presentation skills for conducting seminars.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, writing professional emails, and working with sales/service-related software.
• Fluency in English and the regional language.
• Comfortable with traveling and public speaking.
