Administrator - Wintel & Virtualization (WV1)

Role Responsibilities

1. Monitor and investigate logs across Windows, VMWare, and HyperV platforms.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues using KEDB or escalate to L3 if unresolved.
3. Document actions, updates, and outcomes in ticketing system.
4. Ensure compliance with escalation procedures and SLA tracking.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate in Engineering or Science with OS 201, Windows Server, and VMware certifications preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of clustering, antivirus tools, and scripting automation.
3. Experience in patch management, storage allocation, and server maintenance.
4. Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
