Job Description
Responsibility-
- Daily Facility Round and ensuring upkeep of facility
- Ensure Repairs & Maintenance activities are tracked and closed within SLAs
- Cafeteria operations monitoring
- Vendor Management & development
- Processing of invoices & ensure follow up with Finance team for timely vendor payments
- Procurement of Admin Materials
- Inventory to be maintained for all consumables like, HK material, Pantry material etc.
- Ensure all vendor compliance documents are timely updated
- ID, Access card management
- Courier Management
- Travel desk & Guest House Management
- Client visits & Expat Management
