Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve equipment and product breakdowns at the customer site promptly and effectively
• Ensure all breakdown incidents are accurately reported and documented
• Analyze breakdown causes and prepare detailed action plans for resolution and prevention
• Record and track spare parts consumption during maintenance and repair activities
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for all critical breakdowns and ensure proper communication and sharing with relevant stakeholders
