Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve assigned targets for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line installations.
  • Generate new business opportunities through account break-ins and proactive hunting.
  • Drive cross-selling of multi-product offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel across all Lines of Business with targeted maturity levels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive strategies to shape client-focused sales interventions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing end-to-end relationships.
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term client partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver solutions aligned to client needs and ensure on-time implementation.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand wallet share in existing accounts.
