Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve assigned targets for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line installations.
- Generate new business opportunities through account break-ins and proactive hunting.
- Drive cross-selling of multi-product offerings to new and existing clients.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel across all Lines of Business with targeted maturity levels.
- Monitor market trends and competitive strategies to shape client-focused sales interventions.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing end-to-end relationships.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term client partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver solutions aligned to client needs and ensure on-time implementation.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand wallet share in existing accounts.
