Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive sales and service delivery for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line products in the assigned territory.
  • Acquire new enterprise accounts and lead hunting efforts for all product lines.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Airtel's telecom solutions to maximize wallet share from existing clients.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel across all lines of business with regular maturity tracking.
  • Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor offerings to enable strategic interventions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for clients across all services, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close orders to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time and seamless project delivery.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through proactive engagement.
  • Deliver client-focused solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
