About the Role:
Ampler Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling purchase and sales processes, invoicing, GST filings, vendor management, payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate financial records using Zoho and other accounting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle purchase orders, sales invoices, and delivery-related documentation
• Manage vendor registrations and maintain vendor records
• Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with clients/vendors regarding accounts-related activities
• Prepare and maintain expense data and financial records accurately
• Perform GST filing and ensure compliance with taxation requirements
• Maintain and update databases related to accounts, purchases, sales, and expenses
• Work on Zoho for invoice generation, purchase orders, and expense entries
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, delivery, and payment processes
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and accounting records
• Support management with reports and account-related data whenever required
Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience in GST filing and taxation-related activities
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and database management
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts and finance operations
• Experience in handling invoicing, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and expense management
• Knowledge of Tally, Zoho, or other accounting tools will be an added advantage
