Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare standalone financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS with Notes to Accounts for global entities.
• Assist in consolidating group financial statements, including GAAP conversion, consolidation adjustments, and elimination journals.
• Manage monthly and period-end closing activities; perform expense trend analysis and explain variances.
• Liaise with statutory auditors to ensure timely closure of audits.
• Establish and maintain internal controls around inventory, fixed assets, and financial reporting (ICFR).
• Provide required information to tax consultants for global tax compliance.
• Draft accounting policies and memos under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and prepare related party transaction schedules.
• Support cost accounting activities:
• Identify direct costs and perform gross margin analysis.
• Identify cost drivers and perform activity-based costing.
• Report cost components for SaaS and RaaS verticals at customer/project level.
• Calculate hardware product costs including BOM analysis, factory overhead absorption, and conversion costs.
• Review inventory carrying cost in NetSuite and reconcile with landed inventory cost.
