Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare standalone financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS with appropriate Notes to Accounts and disclosures for global group entities.
• Assist in consolidating group financial statements as per US GAAP/IFRS, including GAAP conversion, analyzing consolidation adjustments, and preparing elimination journals.
• Manage monthly closing activities within agreed timelines, ensuring adherence to cut-off procedures, expense analysis, and variance explanations.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors for timely closure of audits and resolution of audit observations.
• Establish and monitor internal controls related to inventory, fixed assets, and financial reporting (ICFR).
• Support global tax compliance by providing necessary financial data and documentation to tax consultants.
• Draft accounting policies and technical memos under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations and compile related party transaction (RPT) schedules.
• Assist in cost accounting activities including:
• Identifying direct costs and performing gross margin analysis.
• Performing activity-based costing (ABC) for identified cost drivers.
• Reporting cost components of SaaS (Software as a Service) and RaaS (Ranger as a Service) verticals at the customer/project level.
• Calculating hardware product costs through BOM analysis, cycle time estimation, and factory overhead absorption.
• Reviewing inventory carrying costs in NetSuite and aligning them with landed cost valuations.
