Accounting Specialist

Key Deliverables:

• Manage end-to-end fixed asset processes, ensuring accurate additions, acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
• Prepare and track CAPEX reporting, ensuring fixed assets are created and reconciled with the General Ledger.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls for all fixed asset processes.
• Support financial reporting and month-end close, focusing on standardization and process excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

• Account for periodic asset impairment and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
• Drive root cause analysis to reduce exceptions and improve processes.
• Collaborate with teams on SAP deployment for legacy entities and assist with JVs and project cost transfers.
• Participate in process re-engineering, automation, and transformation opportunities.
