Accounting Lead Analyst - HIH - Evernorth

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Concur configuration and compliance lead, ensuring system configurations align with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Proactively identify process gaps and implement enhancements to improve compliance, efficiency, and control effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal business partners across Cigna and external Concur teams to promote best practices and continuous improvement
• Lead financial reporting enhancement initiatives related to Travel & Expense data from Concur and integrated systems
• Oversee Concur audit processes to ensure audit requirements are met accurately and on time
• Drive audit-related process improvements to reduce financial and operational risk
• Act as the balance sheet accounting lead for accounts payable and Travel & Expense accounts
• Develop in-depth understanding of inbound and outbound system feeds impacting accounts payable balances
• Own balance sheet reconciliation review and provide initial sign-off ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and US GAAP requirements
