We are seeking an experienced Accountant Finance EXPERT to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Conduct audits and prepare audit reports
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
