Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Stay updated with accounting standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
  • Over 2 to 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Tally accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
