Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily invoicing and e-invoicing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate financial records through systematic entry and updating of accounting data.
  • Analyze and reconcile account discrepancies to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management as required.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial legislation and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes including balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
  • Create and maintain financial statements and documentations for internal and external audits.
