Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Drive installations and sales of Broadband, Leased Line, PRI Line, Postpaid, and Prepaid services as per targets.
- Break into new accounts for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line services.
- Cross-sell multiple products to new and existing customers.
- Maintain a robust sales funnel for all Lines of Business with appropriate maturity levels.
- Track competitor activity and generate insights to guide market strategy.
- Develop customized sales interventions based on client segmentation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client relationships and act as a single point of contact.
- Build long-term, trust-based client partnerships.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and convert leads.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and solutions as per client expectations.
