Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve sales targets for Broadband, Lease Line, PRI Line, and Postpaid/Prepaid SIM cards.
  • Drive new account acquisition and cross-sell multi-product solutions to existing customers.
  • Maintain a robust sales funnel for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line offerings.
  • Deliver timely installations and services in coordination with internal teams.
  • Gather market intelligence and respond strategically to competition.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for enterprise clients across all Airtel services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive Customer and Revenue Market Share.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring revenue maximization.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and convert them effectively.
  • Analyze competitor activity and implement proactive sales strategies.
