Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve sales targets for Broadband, Lease Line, PRI Line, and Postpaid/Prepaid SIM cards.
- Drive new account acquisition and cross-sell multi-product solutions to existing customers.
- Maintain a robust sales funnel for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line offerings.
- Deliver timely installations and services in coordination with internal teams.
- Gather market intelligence and respond strategically to competition.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for enterprise clients across all Airtel services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive Customer and Revenue Market Share.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring revenue maximization.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and convert them effectively.
- Analyze competitor activity and implement proactive sales strategies.
